Welcome to the FlyingBike. Originally started as a bit of fun, and as an effort to teach myself HTML, I have been prompted to update this site by the number of people who have contacted me, mostly with helicopter related enquiries. The helicopter history site is updated from time to time with information which has been passed on to me, provided that it can be substantiatied. Links to other history sites have been added, together with a link to an excellent site on helicopter theory.
To those of you who have been in touch, I hope that I have been of some help to you in your studies/research etc. and look forward to hearing from more of you in the future. However, please bear in mind that, as the information given is provided free of charge, I will only be able to research topics on an opportunity basis.
I have included links to a number of aviation related sites, as well as some other sites of general interest which you might like to try out.
Of course, there is also the usual self indulgence that will primarily be of interest to friends and relatives; there again it might not be......!!
